We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Wellness Coach to join our team in Los Angeles. In this role, you will be instrumental in championing the health and well-being of our employees, developing programmes and initiatives that foster a positive, supportive, and resilient work environment. You will serve as a key resource, empowering our team to thrive both personally and professionally.

Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and implement comprehensive wellness programmes and initiatives tailored to the needs of our employees.
* Provide confidential one-on-one and group coaching sessions on topics such as stress management, work-life balance, nutrition, and mindfulness.
* Organise and lead engaging workshops, seminars, and events that promote physical, mental, and emotional health.
* Collaborate with the Human Resources department to integrate wellness into company culture and support broader employee engagement strategies.
* Develop and distribute educational materials, resources, and communications to raise awareness of wellness topics.
* Analyse the effectiveness of wellness programmes through feedback and key metrics, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Act as a confidential and trusted point of contact for employees seeking guidance on well-being matters.

Qualifications

* Proven experience working as a Wellness Coach, Health Coach, or in a similar corporate wellness role.
* A recognised certification in wellness or health coaching is essential.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and trust.
* Strong understanding of key wellness pillars, including physical fitness, mental health, nutrition, and stress management.
* Demonstrated ability to design and deliver engaging and effective wellness programmes.
* Excellent organisational and project management skills.
* A high degree of professionalism and the ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality.
* A degree in Psychology, Health Sciences, Nutrition, or a related field would be an advantage.
