Roles and Responsibilities – Wellness Consultant (Client Conversion & Sales)

• Conduct personalized wellness assessments to understand client needs, goals, and challenges.
• Provide expert guidance on wellness programs, products, and services to support client success.
• Convert prospective leads into paying clients through effective communication, relationship-building, and value-based selling.
• Follow up with inquiries, schedule consultations, and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
• Deliver engaging consultations that clearly explain program benefits, pricing, and expected outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, conversion metrics, and sales performance.
• Collaborate with the wellness team to ensure smooth onboarding and exceptional client experience.
• Stay updated on wellness trends, product knowledge, and company offerings to confidently address client questions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while providing a supportive, non-pressured customer experience.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, empathy, and a strong passion for health and wellness.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
