Wellness Consultant

Role & Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional consultation experience while honoring client needs.
• Take complete ownership of client treatments and monitor overall progress.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and professional branch environment at all times.
• Ensure clients achieve satisfactory and visible treatment results.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to track client progress and outcomes.
• Supervise therapists to ensure treatments are executed as per company SOPs.
• Handle client concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Safeguard medical equipment, products, and company assets.
• Ensure consistent client satisfaction, retention, and long-term engagement.
• Identify, monitor, and effectively address client degradation issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong passion for the Wellness Industry.
• High sense of responsibility toward client care and satisfaction.
• Proficiency in the local language is mandatory.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Qualifications:

• BNYS, BAMS, BHMS, BSMS, Pharm-D
• Any graduate with relevant experience may also apply
