Wellness Coordinator

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Wellness Coordinator to oversee wellness programs, manage client services, and ensure smooth coordination between staff and participants. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, wellness knowledge, and the ability to create supportive environments that foster health and vitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate wellness programs, workshops, and client sessions.
• Liaise with wellness practitioners, trainers, and clients to ensure effective communication.
• Manage scheduling, documentation, and participant records.
• Support marketing and promotional activities for wellness services.
• Monitor program outcomes and prepare reports on client progress and satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s health and wellness regulations.
• Assist in organizing events, retreats, and community outreach initiatives.
• Recommend improvements to enhance program quality and client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Wellness Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in wellness coordination, health services, or program management.
• Strong knowledge of wellness practices, holistic health, and client care.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in client-focused environments.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
