Wellness Coordinator / Sales Associate

Part-Time or Full-Time | Evenings/Weekends as Needed

We’re looking for a Wellness Coordinator / Sales Associate to be the heartbeat of our center: welcoming clients, guiding their experience, and inviting them into the ongoing benefits of membership.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism.
  • Conduct spa tours and educate clients about services.
  • Promote and sell memberships, packages, and products.
  • Prepare and maintain treatment rooms between sessions.
  • Support scheduling, payments, and administrative tasks.
  • Ensure the spa environment is clean, organized, and mission-aligned.

You Are

  • Naturally warm, welcoming, and service-oriented.
  • Confident talking about memberships, packages, and client benefits.
  • Experienced in customer service (2+ years preferred); sales background a plus.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities at once.
  • Inspired by holistic wellness and community care.
