As a Wellness Coordinator at revyve, you will be the first point of contact for patients. You’ll play a key role in making each of them feel at home and welcome. At revyve, we have several different plan and package offerings that you will be responsible for presenting to new patients so they can continue their wellness journey with us at affordable rates. In addition, keeping accurate customer records, having a thorough understanding of our computer systems and maintaining a clean and organized work place will also be important for your success.

Summary of Essential Job Functions

• Manage center phone calls
• Greet and assist customers with the completion of required paperwork
• Educate customers on wellness offerings and services
• Sell the Wellness Plan that is best suited to the customer's treatment plan according to the provider's recommendation
• Complete transactions using point of sale software and ensure all patient accounts are current and accurate
• Operate cryotherapy machine for customers
• Participate in marketing opportunities to help the center build new customer counts
• Manage daily center operations, ensuring impeccably clean facilities and offering customer experience amenities
• Manage the flow of customers through the center in an organized manner
• Execute all of revyve's Standard Operating Procedures
• Provide the highest levels of customer service
• Maintain the highest levels of professionalism and decorum at all times
• Be a team player and contribute to a positive, healthy workplace culture

Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (associates degree or higher preferred)

• 2-year retail sales experience
• Cheerful and positive attitude
• Able to work weekends/evenings (as required)
• Able to use office equipment; computer, scanner, fax, and phone system
• Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of work space
• Dedication to high quality service
• Maintain a professional appearance and wear Company approved attire
• Confident in presenting and selling memberships and packages
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Must work weekends

Schedule: Flexible Shifts Weekdays, SATURDAY is Mandatory

• Mon-Fri 9am-8pm
• Sat 9am-4pm
