Sea Salt Therapy is a family-friendly wellness spa located in Campbell. We take pride in providing our guests with an environment where they can feel safe enough to release the stress of daily life in order to encourage self-healing and recovery.
Our guests suffer from chronic respiratory symptoms such as asthma, allergies, bronchitis, COPD, rhinitis, sinusitis, and post-covid symptoms. They also have skin conditions such as eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis, rosacea, and acne. Lastly, our clients may suffer from chronic neck, shoulder, hip, and leg pain, sciatica, and fibromyalgia. Most of our clients have come to see the center as a safe-haven and a place to unwind from the stress of everyday life.
We are looking for a Wellness Coordinator/Sales Associate that encompasses strong sales skills and an excellent customer service. Our services help our guests the most when they are able to attend their sessions frequently and consistently. It is crucial for the Wellness Coordinator/Sale Associate to present membership plans to clients and to explain the benefits of each service. The role requires giving tours to all new clients and visitors.

The Wellness Coordinator/Sales Associate is someone who exudes patience, warmth, and empathy towards all who enter the center. As a family-friendly spa, all guests (including the children) should be treated as family - with priority, love, and kindness. The role requires self-leadership, sales ability, exceptional time management skills, close attention to detail, and the ability to maintain cleanliness at all times.
The Wellness Coordinator/Sales Associate is responsible for presenting and closing membership plans to all clients, front desk services, administrative duties, and general spa center maintenance.
Wellness Coordinator/Sales Associate Role:
Top Requirements:
Conducting spa tours with new guests and visitors
Presenting and Closing Membership plans to clients
Other Tasks:
● Greeting guests upon arrival with enthusiasm and warmth
● Assisting guests with check-in procedures
● Checking in guests with scheduling software
● Escorting guests to assigned service rooms
● Processing guest payments
● Prepping service rooms before and after guest arrival
● Conflict resolution with guests
● Assist with social media tasks such as taking photos of clients and service rooms
● Inventory management/Stocking salt products
● Administrative tasks
Required Skills:
● High school diploma or GED
● Exceptional interpersonal skills
● Excellent written and verbal communication
● Exceptional time management and organizational skills
● Patience and good listening skills

We run 2 shifts Wednesday through Sunday, 10:20am - 4pm + 3pm to 8:40pm.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
