We're looking for motivated, coachable individuals who are passionate about wellness and interested in creating an additional stream of income.

What You'll Do

• Educate customers about essential oils and natural wellness solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Share products through social media, community events, referrals, and personal connections.
• Receive mentorship, business coaching, and ongoing training.
• Create your own schedule and grow your business at your own pace.

Who You Are

• Passionate about health and wellness.
• Self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Enjoy connecting with people.
• Comfortable using social media or willing to learn.
• Looking for flexible work that fits around your family, career, or other commitments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow.

No prior sales or essential oil experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and marketing resources.

Compensation

This is an independent contractor opportunity. Compensation is commission-based and earned through product sales and team-building activities in accordance with the dōTERRA Wellness Advocate Compensation Plan. There is no hourly wage or guaranteed salary.
