Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and empathetic Wellness Expert who can consult with clients, understand their health and wellness goals, and effectively convert consultations into personalized wellness programs. This role requires a strong balance of wellness knowledge, communication skills, and ethical sales ability.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth wellness consultations (in-person / telephonic / online)
• Understand client needs, lifestyle, and wellness goals
• Recommend suitable wellness programs, therapies, or packages
• Convert inquiries and consultations into confirmed clients
• Maintain high client satisfaction and long-term relationships
• Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure continuity of care
• Accurately explain treatment benefits, timelines, and outcomes
• Coordinate with therapists, doctors, and clinic staff
• Maintain client records and update CRM systems
• Achieve monthly consultation and conversion targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in client consultation and conversion
• Background in wellness, healthcare, fitness, nutrition, or lifestyle coaching is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build trust and rapport with clients
• Target-driven mindset with ethical selling practices
• Comfortable handling objections and closing conversations
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in wellness clinics, hospitals, luxury clinics, or health startups
• Certification in wellness, nutrition, fitness, yoga, or therapy (advantage)
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping people improve their lives
• Presentable, professional, and client-focused
