About the Role

Dermacare is the premier medical aesthetics and plastic surgery practice on the Southern California coast. We are seeking an experienced Wellness Physician (MD or DO) to join our Mission Valley clinic and help expand our integrative wellness offerings.

The ideal candidate has experience with hormone replacement therapy (HRT), functional medicine, and regenerative care, and brings a patient-first mindset with a collaborative, entrepreneurial approach.

We are open to both part-time and full-time availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive wellness consultations with a focus on hormone balance, metabolic health, and longevity medicine.

• Design and oversee personalized treatment plans including HRT, peptide therapy, weight management, and other regenerative modalities.

• Integrate wellness protocols with aesthetic and surgical services for a comprehensive patient experience.

• Educate patients on lifestyle, nutrition, and evidence-based regenerative therapies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and expand Dermacare’s wellness program.

• Stay current on emerging treatments, technologies, and best practices within regenerative and functional medicine.
