Wellness Sales Executive

Role Overview

We are hiring a Medical / Wellness Counsellor responsible for guiding clients from consultation to structured wellness programs.

This is not aggressive sales.
This is education-based conversion.

The role bridges clinical recommendation and client decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend post-consult client discussions
• Clearly explain program structure and benefits
• Handle pricing conversations confidently
• Address objections calmly
• Recommend suitable program packages
• Drive consult-to-program conversions
• Follow up with warm leads
• Track daily conversion metrics
• Coordinate payment plans when required

Requirements

• 2–5 years experience in hospital counselling / wellness sales / healthcare advisory
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to explain health concepts simply
• Comfortable discussing pricing (₹20K+ programs)
• Target-oriented but ethical

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

• Consult → Program conversion rate
• Monthly revenue target
• Follow-up conversion rate
• Client satisfaction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
