· Develop and implement strategies to increase event bookings, memberships, and service enrollments.

· Oversee and track sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth.

· Upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients to enhance retention.
· Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the center, including scheduling, space management, and customer service.
· Maintain high standards of quality across all wellness sessions, events, and community offerings.
· Act as a filter between the founder and the team, ensuring tasks align with strategic objectives.
· Monitor facilitator performance and client feedback to drive continuous improvement.
· Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service protocols.
· Oversee client interactions, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
· Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback to enhance satisfaction.
