We’re Hiring – Calling Sales Agent (Night Shift)

Nazgrow is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and target-driven Sales Calling Agents to join our international sales campaign. This role involves cold calling international clients and selling e-commerce services, so strong English communication and sales confidence are mandatory.

Campaign Overview:
You will be calling international e-commerce and Amazon sellers using provided data. The role focuses on pitching services, building trust, and closing or upselling service packages. This is a performance-based sales campaign, not a support role.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Cold calling international prospects
✔ Selling e-commerce and Amazon-related services
✔ Building strong client relationships and trust
✔ Meeting monthly sales targets and KPIs
✔ Explaining service packages and handling objections
✔ Upselling where applicable

Training:
✔ 1-week initial training will be provided
✔ Training is mandatory to understand the campaign flow
✔ Learning ability and performance will be evaluated during training

Requirements (Read Carefully)
✔ Excellent English speaking skills (accent not an issue)
✔ Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills
✔ Previous experience with Amazon or e-commerce clients is a plus
✔ Must be comfortable working night shift
✔ Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset

Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Walk-In Interview Timings:
4:30 PM – 8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Salary & Incentives:
Fixed salary + performance-based commissions
