As a Management Trainee – Business Development, you’ll dive into:

• Bidding & Strategy: Learn how to win projects on global platforms like Upwork.
• Sales Psychology: Understand what clients actually want and how to position DymaxTech as their best choice.
• Creative Execution: Come up with your own ideas to attract clients and grow revenue — and we’ll help you implement them.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work directly with our design, web, and marketing teams to pitch real projects with confidence.
• Upselling & Relationship Building: Learn the art of turning a single project into a long-term partnership.

You’ll be trusted with real authority, real clients, and real decision-making — because at DymaxTech, ownership is part of the training.

Shift Timings (Rotational)

• Morning: 8 AM – 4 PM (Preferred Female MT)
• Evening: 4 PM – 12 AM (Male/Female)
• Night: 12 AM – 8 AM (Preferred Male)
• 6 Days a Week | Monday – Saturday
