We’re Hiring: YouTube Automation Video Creator

We are looking for a creative and skilled YouTube Automation Video Creator who can transform provided audio into engaging short reels and long-form YouTube videos.

Job Responsibilities:

• Convert given audio/voice-over into:
• YouTube Shorts / Reels
• Long-form YouTube videos
• Add relevant visuals, stock footage, images, text overlays, subtitles, and effects
• Ensure videos are engaging, high-retention, and platform-optimized
• Maintain consistent quality and meet deadlines
• Basic understanding of YouTube automation content style (storytelling, pacing, hooks)

Requirements:

• Experience in YouTube automation videos
• Strong skills in video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar)
• Good sense of story flow, visuals, and timing
• Ability to work independently and follow content guidelines
• Experience with short-form & long-form video formats is a plus
