We’re Hiring: Sales & Marketing Trainee

TENETi.COM is looking for a Sales & Marketing Trainee who is confident, energetic, and eager to learn client communication, lead conversion, and business growth strategies. This role is ideal for freshers who want real-world exposure in sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in lead follow-ups and client communication
• Understand customer requirements and pitch services
• Support sales calls, meetings, and presentations
• Work on CRM updates and lead tracking
• Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns
• Learn sales strategies and closing techniques

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of sales & marketing concepts
• Confidence in talking to clients (calls/meetings)
• Willingness to learn and grow in a target-driven environment
• Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge
