We’re scaling multiple 6–7 figure TikTok Shop brands — and now we need someone who truly gets TikTok Shop content.
Not theory. Not “aesthetic edits.”
We need someone who understands what actually sells and can turn a regular creator into a viral sales machine.

If you know the science behind viral hooks, scroll-stoppers, angles, and TikTok Shop psychology — and you obsess over making content that drives GMV — this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop viral content strategies for TikTok Shop creators (UGC + organic + paid).
  • Break down products and craft angles that sell, not just look pretty.
  • Guide creators step-by-step: hooks, scripts, pacing, delivery, editing flow.
  • Analyse competitors, viral trends, and top-performing shops to reverse-engineer success.
  • Create concept boards, shot lists, and frameworks for repeatable viral content.
  • Review creator videos and give sharp, actionable feedback that instantly improves performance.
  • Work closely with campaign managers to align content direction with sales targets.
  • Help creators understand the psychology behind “why this video will go viral and convert.”

What We’re Looking For

  • Deep experience with TikTok Shop content — not generic social content.
  • You understand hooks, problem-solution frameworks, disrupting scroll patterns, retention tactics, and conversion psychology.
  • You can spot an angle in seconds and turn it into a script that prints sales.
  • Excellent communication skills — you can guide creators clearly over call/voice notes.
  • Strong creative instincts + data-driven thinking.
  • (Bonus) Experience working with UGC creators, TikTok Shop brands, or agencies.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
