We’re expanding coverage across several Western & South‑Central Iowa hospitals and are looking to add 2–3 experienced APPs to support low‑volume ED and inpatient settings. These roles offer excellent hourly rates, flexible scheduling, and paid onboarding—perfect for clinicians seeking steady, rewarding work.
Site A — South‑Central Iowa
Scope: ED
Volume: 10.4 patients per 24 hours
Compensation: $98/hr
Training: 1‑hour paid orientation
Shifts: 12‑ or 24‑hour options
Site B — Southwest Iowa
Scope: ED + Inpatient
Volumes: ED: 6/day // Inpatient: 1.1/day (Acute: 0.7/day Swing: 0.7/day)
Compensation: $115/hr
Training: Onsite during first shift
Shifts: 24‑hour (8a–8a)
Site C — Western Iowa
Credentialing: ~60 days
Scope: ED + Overnight Call for Inpatients
Volume: 11.4 patients per 24 hours
EMR: EPIC
Training: 2–4 hours paid onsite
Compensation: $112/hr
Shifts: 12, 24, 36, or 48 hours
Needs: Heavy weekend coverage + weekday options
Western Iowa Hospitalist
Credentialing: ~60 days
Scope: Hospitalist
Volumes: Inpatient: 2–5/day // Swing: 2–3/day
Compensation: $97/hr
EMR: EPIC
Shifts: 12 hours
