WFH Designer (Photoshop/Canva) - Minimum 3 year experience

This role involves designing and editing photo booth templates, managing event assets, and ensuring smooth communication with clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate is reliable, consistent, and able to balance creativity with strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1.⁠ ⁠Email Communication

Read, respond, and follow up on emails in a timely and professional manner.

Communicate clearly with clients and team members regarding design needs, updates, and revisions.

2.⁠ ⁠Event Tracker Management

Update the event tracker daily to reflect current statuses.

Monitor which clients have submitted design requests and track progress through completion.

Ensure all event information is accurate, organized, and up to date.

3.⁠ ⁠Design Creation & Editing

Create new custom photo booth templates based on event themes, client preferences, and provided branding materials.

Make revisions and enhancements to existing templates as requested.

Maintain a consistent design style while also adapting to unique event needs.

4.⁠ ⁠Snappic Event Setup

Create and upload events into the Snappic Photo Booth software.

Upload final templates and assets, ensuring all settings and event details are correct.

Troubleshoot any template or upload issues if they arise.

5.⁠ ⁠Quality Control & Detail Management

Review all designs for accuracy, alignment, spelling, image quality, and final polish.

Double-check event details before sending templates or publishing events.

Maintain high standards of consistency across all templates and communication.

Qualifications & Skills:

Strong eye for design, layout, and detail.

Experience with graphic design tools (Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, or similar).

Familiarity with Snappic or willingness to learn quickly.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Highly reliable, organized, and consistent with deadlines.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously.

Pay: Rs95,000.00 - Rs115,000.00 per month
