Duties

• Host engaging live streams on the Whatnot platform, demonstrating products and interacting with viewers in real-time to boost sales and brand loyalty
• Develop creative scripts and presentation styles to highlight product features effectively while maintaining high energy levels throughout each session
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content themes, promotional events, and special sales campaigns for live streams
• Manage social media channels by creating captivating content, scheduling posts with tools like Hootsuite or Buffer, and engaging with followers to grow our online community
• Utilize graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to produce eye-catching visuals for promotions and social media content
• Conduct social listening to monitor brand sentiment, gather customer feedback, and identify trending topics relevant to our audience
• Analyze web analytics and Google Analytics data to assess stream performance, optimize content strategies, and improve viewer engagement over time

Skills

• Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or e-commerce environments with a focus on live streaming or video content creation
• Strong knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics to enhance content visibility and engagement
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) for graphic design and video editing purposes
• Familiarity with social media marketing platforms including Facebook Advertising, Hootsuite, Buffer, and other scheduling tools
• Excellent relationship management skills to foster community engagement and respond professionally to viewer inquiries or comments
• Ability to proofread content meticulously ensuring accuracy and brand consistency across all communications
• Experience in branding strategies and public relations to elevate the company’s image through compelling storytelling and visual branding elements
• Knowledge of photography techniques for product shoots and live stream setups that enhance visual appeal
