Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Whatnot Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Create engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, blog posts, and promotional materials aligned with branding guidelines.
  • Manage social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback for timely responses and insights.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) for designing visuals and editing videos that captivate audiences.
  • Implement SEO best practices and conduct keyword research to optimize content for search engines and increase online visibility.
  • Oversee social media management tools like Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling posts, tracking analytics, and reporting campaign performance.
  • Coordinate public relations efforts by crafting press releases, managing media relationships, and enhancing brand awareness through strategic outreach.
  • Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future initiatives.
  • Plan and execute Facebook Advertising campaigns to target specific demographics effectively while managing budgets for maximum ROI.
  • Engage with followers through relationship management techniques to foster community growth and customer loyalty.

Skills

  • Strong proficiency in social media management platforms such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar applications.
  • Expertise in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite tools.
  • Skilled in video editing with Adobe Premiere Pro or comparable software to produce high-quality multimedia content.
  • Knowledge of SEO strategies, keyword research methods, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Experience with social listening tools to monitor brand sentiment and industry conversations.
  • Ability to craft compelling content tailored for diverse digital channels with excellent proofreading skills.
  • Familiarity with public relations practices including press release writing and media outreach strategies.
  • Understanding of branding principles combined with experience in e-commerce platforms for integrated marketing efforts.
  • Strong relationship management skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, influencers, and media partners.
