WhatsApp Booking Coordinator (Work From Home)

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond very fast to all WhatsApp messages from clients.
• Provide information about our services (Beach Ride, Pony World, Desert Ride, Birthday Parties, Photo Shoots, Full Moon Ride, etc.).
• Confirm bookings with clients and collect required details.
• Add all confirmed bookings into our booking system correctly.
• Send reminders, locations, and instructions to clients before their booking time.
• Follow up with pending clients and convert inquiries into bookings.
• Maintain high-quality customer service at all times.

Requirements:

• Must be fast in replying on WhatsApp.
• Must speak English clearly (Arabic is an advantage).
• Must be organized and able to enter data correctly.
• Must have a quiet place to work from home.
• Experience in customer service or booking systems is preferred.

Salary:

To be discussed based on experience.

Pay: AED900.00 - AED1,200.00 per month
