We are looking for a WhatsApp Marketing Manager who can manage and execute marketing campaigns through WhatsApp. The person will be responsible for promoting products or services, handling customer queries, and increasing engagement through effective communication.

l Plan and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns

l Create and share engaging content like messages, images, and videos

l Manage WhatsApp groups and broadcast lists

l Handle customer queries and provide timely responses

l Monitor campaign performance and share reports

l Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams for ongoing promotions

l Familiar with the marketing trends in the industry

l Experience in WhatsApp or digital marketing is preferred

l Good communication and writing skills

l Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business tools or APIs

l Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

l Basic analytical and reporting skills

l Graduate in Marketing, Business, or any related field.

l Prior experience in social media or online marketing will be an added advantage.
