Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Wheat Farm Manager to oversee the full-scale operations of a 4,000-hectare wheat farming enterprise in the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in dry-land and/or irrigated cereal production and be capable of managing large teams, mechanised operations and precision agriculture tools in a challenging climate.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science or related field(A Master's degree would be a plus).

- Minimum 8-10 years of experience managing commercial cereal farms of 1,000 hectares or more, with at least 3 years in wheat production.

- Strong understanding of large-scale mechanised farming systems in arid/semi-arid regions.

- Proven experience in managing multicultural teams in remote/rural environments.

- Familiarity with precision agriculture, GIS and farm data platforms.
