White Glove Appliance Delivery Driver / Installer

Job Summary
Join our team as a White Glove Appliance Delivery Driver and Installer, where you’ll be the face of exceptional service, delivering and installing high-end appliances with precision and care. You’ll operate a 26' box truck with liftgate and helper, manage heavy lifting, and provide seamless delivery and setup services that leave customers delighted. Duties

• Safely operate box trucks and commercial vehicles to deliver appliances to residential or commercial locations, adhering to route schedules and traffic laws
• Load and unload appliances ensuring items are handled carefully to prevent damage
• Execute precise delivery and installation of appliances, including connecting utilities, calibrating settings, and ensuring proper operation
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly, answering questions, and addressing any concerns professionally
• Conduct thorough inspections of appliances upon delivery to verify condition and completeness before installation
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, documentation, and reports for each job performed
• Collaborate with warehouse teams for inventory management and coordinate route driving efficiently to maximize productivity

Requirements

• Proven experience as a delivery driver, courier, or installer with a focus on appliance installation a must
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks or similar commercial vehicles with manual transmission preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
• Ability to lift heavy appliances safely and perform physical tasks such as moving or manual handling regularly
• Experience with route driving, load & unload procedures, and managing delivery schedules efficiently
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy lifting, appliance installation, and vehicle operation
