Ideal Candidate Profile

• (Master's degree in leadership and Managnment preferred)
• Proven leadership experience in a senior role (e.g., Vice Principal, Head of School)
• Experience in an American curriculum school is essential
• Strong understanding of whole school operations (academic, pastoral, and admin)
• Exceptional communication and people management skills
• Committed to fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and inclusion

• Oversee daily academic and operational functions across all school divisions
• Support the Principal in school wide leadership and strategy implementation
