Wholesale & Client Experience Associate

Misha & Puff is seeking an exceptionally organized, service and relationship-oriented Client Experience Associate to support both our growing wholesale business and our direct-to-consumer customer experience, while also providing light office administration support.

This is a dynamic, cross functional role for someone who thrives at the intersection of account management, customer service, and internal operations. You will be a key point of contact for wholesale partners and retail customers alike, acting as a trusted brand ambassador and operational partner across teams.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Wholesale Account Management & Sales Support (≈50%)

  • Manage leads, accounts, and ongoing communications with wholesale partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and store owners.
  • Provide regular updates on orders, shipping timelines, and availability.
  • Issue PO confirmations, invoices, and collect deposits and balances.
  • Maintain CRM and wholesale platforms.
  • Coordinate with production and distributors on samples and timelines.
  • Provide sales assets, product knowledge, and training materials.
  • Support wholesale marketing and event execution.
  • Work cross-functionally with operations, production, design, and marketing.

Customer Experience & Client Support (≈40%)

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for online customer inquiries.
  • Deliver best-in-class customer support across all channels.
  • Respond to inquiries related to orders, shipping, sizing, returns, and payments.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of DTC orders.
  • Provide product recommendations and personalized support.
  • Identify and escalate recurring customer issues and insights.
  • Represent the brand consistently and professionally in all communications.

Office Administration & Internal Support (≈10%)

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and samples.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked office and kitchen.
  • Order office, kitchen, and bathroom supplies.
  • Coordinate with vendors and building management.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and workspace setup.
  • Greet guests and manage front-of-office needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, wholesale support, or account management.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • CRM experience required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • AirTable experience a plus.
  • Background in fashion or textiles a plus.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Self-starter with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset
