Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Cannabis Sales Representative to join our expanding team. As a Sales Representative at Smashed, you will be responsible for driving sales of our diverse range of cannabis products. You will leverage your knowledge of the cannabis industry and your sales expertise to build relationships, generate leads, and close deals with dispensaries and retail partners.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dispensary owners, managers, and purchasing agents.
• Educate customers on our product offerings and industry trends.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support promotional activities and product launches.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.

Requirements:

• Proven track record (2+ years) of successful wholesale sales
• Deep understanding of cannabis products, strains, and market dynamics.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
