TooshModa is a fashion brand focused on contemporary design and international market expansion. As part of our growth strategy in the Middle East, we are seeking to strengthen our wholesale and retail presence through curated concept stores and strategic retail partners.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Wholesale & Concept Store Sales Manager with established connections across UAE and Qatar, capable of securing exhibition opportunities and wholesale placements for TooshModa’s collections.

The role will focus on building retail partnerships, driving sell-in opportunities, and expanding the brand’s footprint within premium concept stores and multi-brand retailers.

Key ResponsibilitiesWholesale & Retail Partnerships

  • Leverage existing relationships with concept stores, multi-brand retailers, and boutiques in UAE and Qatar
  • Secure wholesale agreements for in-store sales of TooshModa collections
  • Identify and negotiate opportunities for exhibitions, pop-ups, and trunk shows
  • Develop long-term partnerships with retail buyers and store owners

Sales & Business Development

  • Present seasonal collections to buyers and retail partners
  • Negotiate commercial terms including pricing, MOQs, margins, and payment terms
  • Manage order cycles, sell-in calendars, and delivery timelines
  • Track sales performance and manage re-orders

Market Expansion & Representation

  • Act as TooshModa’s regional representative in UAE and Qatar
  • Conduct market research to identify high-potential concept stores and retail spaces
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events

Coordination & Reporting

  • Work closely with internal design, production, and logistics teams
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, retail partner lists, and performance updates
  • Provide market feedback on pricing, trends, and customer preferences

Candidate Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in wholesale sales, fashion distribution, or retail partnerships
  • Proven, active connections with concept stores and multi-brand retailers in UAE and Qatar
  • Strong understanding of wholesale pricing, margins, and retail operations
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently and drive partnerships from lead to closure
  • Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or luxury brands preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing portfolio of retail partners in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha, and key GCC locations
  • Experience with pop-ups, exhibitions, or temporary retail activations
  • Knowledge of GCC consumer preferences and buying cycles
