Wholesale Parts Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Wholesale Parts Manager to oversee and grow our wholesale parts operation. This role is responsible for managing inventory, building and maintaining wholesale accounts, leading the parts team, and ensuring accurate, timely fulfillment of customer orders. Strong attention to detail is essential to ensure inventory accuracy, correct pricing, and high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily wholesale parts operations, including ordering, pricing, and inventory control
• Negotiate wholesale discounts and pricing with customers and vendors
• Accurately mirror match parts and ensure correct order fulfillment
• Process parts returns and follow up on credits to ensure timely reimbursement
• Maintain strong wholesale customer relationships while ensuring a highly organized, detail-oriented department

Experience Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in wholesale or automotive parts operations
• Experience with inventory management, mirror matching parts, and order accuracy
• Experience negotiating wholesale pricing and handling returns and credits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
