Are you a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) looking for flexibility, independence, and the ability to create your own schedule? Do you need a sponsor for a work visa?

We’re seeking a dedicated and skilled PT to deliver one-on-one therapy to Medicare Part B and cash-paying patients in their homes. As an independent contractor, you have full control over your schedule, patient load, and work-life balance while being part of a growing, therapist-driven company.

We are willing to sponsor foreign-grad PTs with an active license in NYS.

What You’ll Need:

• Doctorate, Masters, or Bachelors in Physical Therapy

• Active NY State PT License

• CPR Certification

• Passion for helping patients achieve their highest potential

• Ability to travel within Brooklyn, NY, to see patients

Work Details:

• Job Type: Per diem, Independent Contractor
• Pay: Up to $40–$70/hr
• Location: Brooklyn, NY (travel required)
