Kingston Zain is working with a leading law firm in Dubai that is urgently looking to hire an experienced Wills Administrator to join their growing Private Client team. This is a time-sensitive role with a fast interview process.


Location: Dubai

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Preferred: Experience with DIFC Wills or related wills registration processes

The successful candidate will support the drafting, registration, and administration of wills for both local and expatriate clients. Exposure to DIFC Wills is a strong advantage and will allow the candidate to take responsibility for managing files through the full lifecycle of the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing, drafting, and coordinating wills documentation
  • Supporting clients through the DIFC Wills registration process
  • Managing client files, scheduling appointments, and handling administrative requirements
  • Liaising with courts, registries, and internal teams
  • Ensuring compliance with firm procedures and regulatory standards
  • Delivering exceptional client service with confidentiality and accuracy

Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience in wills administration, private client, probate, or a related legal support role
  • Experience with DIFC Wills is highly advantageous
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Based in the UAE
