The Project:

Eosol Group is embarking on a significant wind farm construction project in Egypt. This ambitious undertaking will contribute to the region's renewable energy capacity and underscore our commitment to sustainable development. The project area is strategically located approximately 33.0 km northwest from Ras Gharib and about 180.0 km northwest from Hurghada, situated along the western coastal strip of the Gulf of Suez.

Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced and dedicated Wind Farm Construction Supervisors to play a crucial role in the successful execution of this large-scale project. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the wind energy sector, specifically within construction phases. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of project management principles, construction methodologies, and safety protocols pertinent to wind farm development.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the construction phase to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Profiles needed:

• 
  Site Management: Leading and coordinating on-site activities, ensuring efficient workflow and resource allocation.

• 
  Civil Supervision: Overseeing all civil engineering aspects of the wind farm construction, including foundation work, road construction, and general site preparation.

• 
  Electrical Supervision (Medium and High Voltage): Managing and directing the installation and commissioning of medium and high voltage electrical systems, substations, and grid connections, ensuring compliance with all safety and technical regulations.

• 
  Turbine Supervision: Directing and monitoring the erection, installation, and commissioning of wind turbines.

• 
  Quality Assurance and Control: Implementing and enforcing stringent quality control measures throughout all construction phases to guarantee the integrity and performance of the project.

• 
  Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Ensuring strict adherence to all HSE policies and procedures, promoting a safe working environment for all personnel on site.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in the supervision of wind farm construction projects.

• Proven experience in at least one of the following specialized areas: Site Management, Civil Supervision (wind), Electrical Supervision (medium and high voltage), Turbine Supervision, or Quality Supervision.

• 
  Mandatory: Advanced proficiency in English, with a minimum C1 level (spoken and written). This is essential for effective communication in an international project environment.

• Previous experience working on international wind energy projects is highly desirable.

• Strong understanding of construction best practices, relevant codes, and standards.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

• Willingness to relocate and work on a full-time basis in Egypt for the duration of the project.
