Wind Turbine Operation Manager

Al Kawm al Ahmar al Bahri, Egypt

Job Responsibility:

(1) Team Management and Training

1.Establish, manage, and lead an international operation and maintenance (O&M) team, including recruitment, training, performance appraisal, and personnel allocation.

2.Organize team training and technical exchange activities to enhance the overall skill level and professional knowledge of the team.

(2) Safety and Quality Control

1.Ensure that O&M work complies with international safety standards and regulations, and establish a sound safety management system.

2.Develop and implement quality control measures to guarantee the quality and reliability of O&M work.

(3) Budget and Cost Management

1.Be responsible for the preparation and control of O&M budgets, reasonably arrange O&M expenses, and reduce O&M costs.

2.Analyze cost data to identify opportunities and measures for cost optimization.

(4) Cooperation and Communication

1.Build good cooperative relationships with international suppliers and service providers, coordinate resources, and ensure the smooth progress of O&M work.

2.Maintain effective communication with relevant parties such as government departments and power grid companies in the project location to ensure compliant operations and a favorable external environment.

(5) Data Analysis and Reporting

1.Collect and analyze O&M data, evaluate the performance of wind farms, and provide regular O&M reports and improvement suggestions.

2.Utilize data analysis to optimize O&M strategies and decision-making.


Job Qualification:

(1) Educational Background

Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related fields.

(2) Work Experience

1. With more than five years of experience in operation and maintenance (O&M) management of wind power projects, and those with international project experience are preferred.

2. Familiar with international O&M standards and specifications of the wind power industry.

(3) Skill Requirements

1. Proficient in oral and written English, and able to communicate fluently in at least one other commonly used international language.

2. Skilled in using relevant O&M management software and tools.

3. Strong ability in fault diagnosis and problem-solving.

(4) Competencies and Qualities

1. Excellent team management and leadership skills, capable of effectively motivating and coordinating multicultural teams.

2. Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with international parties.

3. Strong adaptability and stress resistance to cope with various challenges and changes in international projects.
