What You’ll Do

• Clean interior and exterior windows to a streak-free finish
• Remove screens, clean tracks, and detail all glass surfaces
• Work on ladders and roofs safely when required
• Deliver a high-level customer experience on every job
• Follow company systems and checklists

What We’re Looking For

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and handle physical work
• Comfortable with ladders and heights
• Reliable and on time every day
• Experience is a plus, but we will train the right person
