Window covering installer

What You’ll Do

• Install roller shades, honeycomb shades, Roman shades, drapery systems, plantation shutters, and all shading products (interior & exterior).
• Program, pair, and troubleshoot motorized systems including Somfy RTS, PowerView Automation, Zigbee, and other control platforms.
• Accurately measure, level, and ensure clean, finished installations.
• Diagnose and solve on-site challenges quickly and effectively.
• Interact professionally with homeowners and builders.
• Work safely on ladders, scaffolding, and lifts as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years’ experience installing window treatments, drapery, or shading products.
• Proficiency with motorized shade systems and home-automation integration.
• Experience installing plantation shutters (hanging, leveling, adjusting).
• Ability to install drapery hardware, rods, and tracks.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record.
• Professional appearance, punctuality, and strong customer communication.
