Window & Door Sales Consultant – W-2

Window Rehab is one of Arizona’s newest and fastest-growing window & door replacement companies — and we’re looking to add two elite Sales Consultants who want real opportunity, not a clock-in/clock-out job.

We provide:

• Warm leads (Google, Facebook, canvassing team)
• Full product training
• A proven sales system

• The ability to earn $8,000–$15,000 per month as a top performer

What You’ll Do

• Run in-home consultations (we bring the leads)
• Identify homeowner needs using our sales system
• Present window & door solutions
• Quote projects using our pricing tool
• Close deals same-day
• Submit paperwork after each sale (same day)

No cold calling.
No door knocking (unless you want to).
No chasing dead leads.

Window/door experience is a PLUS but NOT required. We will train the right person.

Compensation

• Commission per project sold
• Most reps average 10% commission
• Paid weekly, half on pay period after 72 hours/ Half pay period after completion.
• Realistic year one: $90k–$150k+
• Top performers: $200k+

This is 1099 to start — That will transition to W-2 in Q1 2026.
