We are currently seeking skilled, reliable, and motivated Window and Door Repair Technicians to join our growing team and help us maintain the high standards we’re known for.

What You’ll Do:
As a Window and Door Repair Technician, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of window and door issues. You’ll work directly with customers to address their needs and ensure their windows and doors are working like new again.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle various repairs on windows and doors, including hardware repairs, weatherstripping, frame adjustments, and lock replacements.
• Diagnose window and door issues and provide accurate, reliable repair solutions.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, explaining the work that’s being done and answering any questions.
• Follow all safety procedures and ensure repairs meet local building codes and industry standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored.
• Complete necessary paperwork, including work orders, estimates, and receipts for customers.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in window and door repair or a similar field.
• Strong understanding of window and door mechanics, including frames, locks, glass, and hardware.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex issues related to windows and doors.
• Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
• Ability to lift materials, work with tools, and perform manual labor, including climbing ladders as needed.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
