Avanti Windows & Doors is hiring a Lead Installer!
We’re hiring a skilled Lead Window Installer to lead field crews and deliver high-quality installations in new home construction. If you’re a strong leader who takes pride in craftsmanship and safety, this is your opportunity to grow with a fast-growing company.

Pay rate: $25/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (overtime available)

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support installation crews
• Ensure quality, safety, and productivity on job sites
• Train team members and maintain tools/equipment
• Communicate job updates and provide great customer service

What You Bring

• Window installation or construction experience
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
• Comfortable with tools, ladders, and lifting 50 lbs
• Clean driving record
