Window Service Technician

<Duties>

• Install, replace, and repair various types of windows, including residential and commercial applications, utilizing hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques.
• Measure accurately and perform heavy lifting to transport and position window units safely on-site.
• Use caulking, trim carpentry, metal stud framing, and fixture installation skills to secure windows and ensure airtight seals.
• Conduct glass installation projects with precision, ensuring safety standards are met during handling and placement.
• Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, materials, and debris while adhering to safety protocols at all times.

<Skills>

• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and fabrication equipment used in window installation.
• Experience with glass installation techniques and handling fragile materials safely.
• Hands-on handyman experience with a focus on construction painting and remodeling projects.
• Physical strength for heavy lifting tasks combined with excellent attention to detail for quality workmanship.

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
