Full-Time Position

Storm Protection Pros is seeking a dependable and skilled Window Service Technician with warehouse functionality experience to join our growing team.

This position requires hands-on service work in the field as well as assisting with warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

Service Technician Duties:

• Diagnose and repair impact windows and doors
• Perform adjustments, warranty service, and troubleshooting
• Complete service reports and maintain documentation
• Provide professional customer service on job sites
• Able to use all construction apps on phone and/or tablet

Warehouse Duties:

• Load and unload materials safely
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory
• Prepare materials for upcoming installations
• Assist with deliveries when needed
• Keep warehouse clean and organized

Qualifications:

• Experience with impact windows and doors preferred w/ reglazing glass, balance rods, door handles and locks
• Basic knowledge of tools and construction practices
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
