Window Treatment Installer

Overview:
We are seeking a person with window treatment installation experience or who has basic carpentry abilities and good customer service skills to join our team. As an Installer, you will be responsible for measuring and installing a variety of window treatments in a timely and professional manner.

Duties:
- Follow established installation processes and guidelines to ensure high-quality finished product
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions and concerns during measuring and installation
- Install a wide range of interior window treatments, including blinds, shades and draperies with precision and attention to details

- Maintain accurate records of installations, including measurements, materials used, and any necessary follow-up
- Utilize power tools to complete installations efficiently
- Measure and cut materials

- Load and Unload installation vehicle

Skills:
- High school diploma or higher
- Current PA drivers license and clean driving record
- Accurately read a tape measure and record measurement on paper
- Change fractions to decimals and decimals to fractions
- Must be able to safely use power tools and work overhead with them
- Must be able top ambulate up and down stairs and on uneven surfaces while carrying materials and equipment
- Must be able to travel in a vehicle for up to 3 hours at a time

- Must be able to stand on and work from a ladder, up to 16 foot heights

-Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted
