Windows System Engineer

• Manage Windows based infrastructure, including Active Directory (AD), Exchange Server, Microsoft 365 (M365) and related systems.

• Perform routine health checks, monitoring, and troubleshooting of AD, Exchange, and M365 services.

• Monitor the performance and health of Azure services and resources, proactively identifying and addressing issues to ensure optimal performance and availability

• Familiarity with Manage Engine tools (e.g., AD Manager, AD Audit, Desktop Central).

• Plan, execute, and maintain upgrades for Active Directory, Exchange Server, and other infrastructure systems.

• Perform Windows Server OS upgrades to the latest versions, ensuring minimal downtime and compatibility.

• Handle monthly security patching for Windows servers and related systems.

• Manage and maintain Windows Failover Clusters for high availability.

• Configure and troubleshoot file shares and shared storage solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation of business-critical applications.

• 7+ years of experience as a Windows System Engineer or similar role.
