This role is ideal for someone who thrives on teaching, loves restaurant operations, and wants to grow within a dynamic, people-first organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead in-restaurant walkthroughs focused on operations, guest experience, QSC, safety, and brand standards

  • Coach and train team members at the station level to build confidence and consistency

  • Partner with Restaurant Supervisors and General Managers to identify gaps and create impactful training plans

  • Provide real-time, in-the-moment coaching to leaders and validate follow-through

  • Evaluate Smart Kitchen (KDS) usage to improve speed of service and execution

  • Support new restaurant openings, acquisitions, and new system launches

  • Conduct orientations and ongoing check-ins for leaders in training

  • Document training, observations, and recognition using Zenput and internal reporting tools

  • Celebrate wins and recognize top-performing team members

  • Be a culture driver—bringing positive energy, accountability, and enthusiasm into every restaurant you support

Schedule & Travel

  • Full-time role (50 hours/week, 5 days out of 7)

  • Two night shifts per week

  • One weekend day twice per month

  • Travel required based on business needs (new openings, acquisitions, training initiatives)

What We’re Looking For

  • Prior restaurant leadership or training experience (strongly preferred)

  • Passion for teaching, coaching, and developing others

  • Strong operational knowledge and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel as needed

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Zenput, and reporting tools

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Benefits & Perks

  • Competitive salary

  • Monthly Car allowance

  • Amazing bonus structure tied to performance

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • Paid Time Off (PTO)

  • 401(k) retirement plan

  • Career growth and development opportunities with a growing brand

  • Supportive, team-oriented culture that values recognition and results

The Opportunity

This is more than a training role—it’s a chance to influence culture, build future leaders, and grow your career with a brand that values development, excellence, and recognition.
