About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Wireframe Developer / UI Designer to join our product team. You will be responsible for translating product requirements into intuitive, engaging, and user-centered interface designs. You will create wireframes, mock-ups, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with our brand identity and improve user experience across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and developers to understand user needs and product requirements.

• Create wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and user flows to illustrate design concepts.

• Design high-fidelity UI mock-ups and prototypes for web and/or mobile applications.

• Develop and maintain design systems, UI libraries, and brand consistency across products.

• Iterate designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and stakeholder input.

• Ensure responsive design best practices and accessibility standards are met.

• Deliver design specifications, assets, and guidance to front-end developers.

• Stay up-to-date with current design trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UI Designer, Wireframe Developer, or similar role.

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar.

• Strong portfolio showcasing wireframes, UI designs, and design thinking.

• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and user-centered design methodologies.

• Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Familiarity with usability testing tools and analytics platforms.

• Experience designing for both web and mobile (iOS/Android) platforms.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
