About the Role
We are looking for an experienced
Wireless Architect
to lead the design and evolution of our next-generation mobile network platforms. In this role, you will define advanced
5G/6G architecture
, apply the latest
3GPP standards
, drive
network slicing
,
network sharing
, and shape our mobile network management and application integration strategy.
This is a high-impact role for someone passionate about building scalable, cloud-native, and future-proof mobile systems.
Key Responsibilities

Architect end-to-end
5G/6G networks
across RAN, Transport, Core, and Edge.

Interpret and apply
3GPP R15–R19
specifications for NR, NG-RAN, and 5GC.

Lead design of
network slicing
and network sharing
frameworks including slice templates, orchestration, and automation.

Define architectures for
O-RAN, virtualized RAN (vRAN), and cloud-native network functions (CNFs)
.

Develop SMO, RIC, and network management integrations (O1/O2/A1/E2 interfaces).

Collaborate with product, engineering, and enterprise teams to enable new mobile applications and use cases.

Contribute to long-term technology roadmap toward
AI-native and 6G systems
.
What We’re Looking For
-
8–15 years
of experience in wireless/mobile network architecture.

Deep knowledge of
5G/6G
, RAN & Core systems, and mobile protocol stacks.

Hands-on experience with
3GPP
, O-RAN, MANO, SMO, and network automation.

Strong understanding of
network slicing, network sharing
, QoS, exposure APIs, and enterprise enablement.

Background in
cloud-native platforms
(Kubernetes, microservices, CI/CD).

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Nice to Have

Experience with private 5G, industrial networks, MEC, or hyperscaler edge.

Contributions to
3GPP, O-RAN Alliance, or ETSI

AI/ML integration in RAN or Core systems.
