Wireless Sales Associate

The Wireless Sales Associate is responsible for handling new and current customers within the Detroit / Dearborn region. In this position, you will be handling telecommunication companies mobility, internet, and entertainment products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Helping customers and clients make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service
• Training and developing your skills to become a top Wireless Sales Associate, which leads to opportunities of growth and advancement!
• Maintain a fun, clean and exciting work environment for customers and team members
• Work as a team member so together you exceed person and team goals
• Participate in marketing activities designed to maximize your selling opportunities daily

Qualifications:

• Must be residing in or around the Detroit area
• Must be Solution-Oriented
• Must be coachable
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Must have a great work ethic
• Excellent verbal communication skills
