Wireless Sales Representative

We invite individuals who are confident in their ability to succeed as wireless sales experts to join our team. Ideal candidates will possess strong sales or communication skills, enabling them to effectively present Boost Mobile phones, plans, and promotions to potential customers.

We seek professional, personable, and friendly individuals with excellent customer service skills. Basic computer proficiency is required to navigate our systems and address customer needs effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs
- Operate cash register and process transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
- Meet sales targets and goals set by management
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner

Requirements:

- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment
- Knowledge of technology products, such as wireless devices, is desirable

Job Type: 35-45 hours per week

Compensation: Hourly based on experience, with potential to earn commission
