• Plan, coordinate, and execute cased hole wireline logging and perforating operations, including production logging, cement evaluation, saturation monitoring, and well integrity services
  
• Select appropriate cased hole logging tools, perforating systems, and conveyance methods based on well objectives, completion design, and downhole conditions
  
• Supervise and mentor wireline operators and junior engineers, ensuring correct rig-up, rig-down, tool handling, and pressure control procedures
  
• Monitor well conditions, surface and downhole parameters, and job execution in real time to ensure safe operations and optimal data acquisition
  
• Perform quality control (QC) on acquired data, validate job results, and ensure compliance with client requirements and company standards
  
• Liaise with clients, rig crews, and third-party service providers to coordinate operations and resolve operational challenges
  
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies, well control practices, and local regulatory requirements
  
• Prepare detailed job reports, logs, and post-job evaluations, including recommendations for future operations
  
• Troubleshoot equipment and operational issues, providing technical input to minimize non-productive time (NPT)
  
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by sharing lessons learned and best practices across operations
