The Role (Wisconsin Focus)

We’re hiring Contract Attorney Advocates to support TurnSignl app users through inbound video chats related to potential traffic violations, criminal defense, immigration, and personal injury matters—within the attorney’s local jurisdiction (Wisconsin). This role is focused on initial consultations and guidance (not court appearances).

Responsibilities

• Handle TurnSignl app user video chat inquiries in Wisconsin
• Provide calm, clear issue-spotting and next-step guidance
• Represent TurnSignl as a positive presence in Wisconsin's legal community
• Support local business initiatives as needed

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in Criminal Defense, Personal Injury, or Immigration
• Criminal law background is essential
• Active malpractice insurance (or willingness to obtain prior to onboarding)
• Strong communication skills; comfortable on video
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping people

Compensation

• $50–$200 per qualifying supported video chat
• Optional performance-based bonus opportunities

Licensing

• Licensed and in good standing in Wisconsin (required)
• Multi-state licensure (preferred); openness to additional licenses (optional)

Pay: $50.00 - $1,000.00 per month
